During the call
Say “Hey assistant” or “Hola asistente” to ask for help while it is on standby. You can also press 5.
Press 9 to withdraw all AI and storage permission and request management.
Recordings contain original human speech. Automated transcripts can contain mistakes.

Change routing and storage before starting a call. Each participant’s permission still controls whether storage begins.
People and verified identities
Enroll a personal PIN only after checking the person’s identity against your records. Caller ID alone does not verify anyone. Use the same verified subject ID on their prior permission records.
Permission already on file
Written permission or documented verbal permission can be reused for the same verified person, organization, property, and covered features. Add the evidence reference here.
Private recordings
Playback is available only through an authenticated operator account. A retention hold prevents deletion.
Call history and observed usage
Application measurements are separate from the provider invoice. No customer charge is calculated in this test environment.
Manage the test directory
Add or edit people, receiving numbers, property assignments, and manager groups. Every number must also be in the server’s approved number list.
